The following Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made at Sagacity Arts E-Commerce Store.
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Ordering Process
- All products sold on Sagacity Arts E-Commerce Store are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse or amend any order you place with us. If we make a change to or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via WhatsApp using the number provided at the time the order was made.
- Sagacity Arts reserves the right to cancel an order if there is suspected fraud.
Price and Payments
- The prices listed exclude Singapore Goods & Services Tax and may be changed at any time.
- Payment for products ordered can be made by PayNow, PayLah, or bank transfer when instructed by staff.
Delivery
- Sagacity Arts shall deliver products in their best condition to the assigned delivery address.
- Local Singapore delivery only.
- All delivery issues must be reported within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.
Return of Products / Refund
If any product delivered is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, Sagacity Arts shall replace the product via one-to-one exchange unless mutually agreed otherwise.
