If any product delivered is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, Sagacity Arts shall replace the product via one-to-one exchange unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Please take a photo of the affected item(s) and contact us by WhatsApp within 7 working days from receipt of delivery so our team can investigate and arrange the next step.
